To purchase a product in the Sunny Willow, you simply need to add the items you like to your cart.
Once you’re ready to purchase, head to your cart and as you’re checking out, you will need to create a free account which will allow you to log in and download your purchases whenever you like. It’s the easiest way to ensure you have access to what you have purchased at all times.

WIX PRODUCTS
After the payment has been processed, in next 24h, I will send you transfer invite for the website, to your email. Open the email and click on "accept transfer". Log back to your Wix account and your new website will be there.
SHOPIFY WEBSITES
As soon as your payment has processed, a confirmation email is sent containing a link to download the product. The link is valid for 30 days.
Or, just go to your account, click the ‘my orders’ link to the left and all your purchases will be listed there, ready to be download.

Yes there is! The time limit is 30 days.
But don't worry, if you didn't downloaded your digital product in that time frame, just contact me and I'll resend you the link or send the product directly to your email.

All prices shown on sunnywillowdesign.com are in EUR by default, but you can also change currency to USD, in the top right corner. Payment is made securely through a Paypal checkout, where you can use your Paypal account or choose to pay with a Credit/Debit card.

Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at sunnywillowdesign.com, I do not offer refunds or exchanges as digital items cannot be returned.
Please read the product description carefully before you make a purchase and feel free to ask any questions beforehand.

If a downloadable item is no longer showing in your account, it means the item is no longer available from Sunny Willow, or that the download link has been expired (which happens after 30 days). If you didn't download the product in estimated time frame, contact me and I'll resend you the download link.

Note: Purchasing the outright ownership will case any further sales from the date of purchase. Any copies sold prior to the purchase will stand and cannot be refunded or withdrawn from circulation. The design will no longer appear in circulation past the date of purchase.
