HOW DO I SHOP AT SUNNY WILLOW?


To purchase a product in the Sunny Willow, you simply need to add the items you like to your cart. Once you’re ready to purchase, head to your cart and as you’re checking out, you will need to create a free account which will allow you to log in and download your purchases whenever you like. It’s the easiest way to ensure you have access to what you have purchased at all times.




WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I BUY ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?


WIX PRODUCTS After the payment has been processed, in next 24h, I will send you transfer invite for the website, to your email. Open the email and click on "accept transfer". Log back to your Wix account and your new website will be there. LOGO DESIGN After the payment has been processed, in next 24h, I will send you changed logo with your business details. The logo will be send to email that you wrote, when ordering the product. CLIP-ART & ILLUSTRATIONS As soon as your payment has processed, a confirmation email is sent containing a link to download the product. The link is valid for 30 days. Or, just go to your account, click the ‘ my orders’ link to the left and all your purchases will be listed there, ready to be download.




IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?


Yes there is! The time limit is 30 days. But don't worry, if you didn't downloaded your digital product in that time frime, just contact me and I'll resend you the link or send the product directly to your email.




WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES SHOWN IN AND HOW CAN I PAY?


All prices shown on sunnywillowdesign.com are in USD. Payment is made securely through a Paypal checkout, where you can use your Paypal account or choose to pay with a Credit/Debit card.




WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?


Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at sunnywillowdesign.com, I do not offer refunds or exchanges as digital items cannot be returned. Please read the product description carefully before you make a purchase and feel free to ask any questions beforehand. I’m always here to help if you run into any issues with your new purchase.




WHY IS AN ITEM NO LONGER ABLE TO BE DOWNLOADED FROM MY ACCOUNT?


If a downloadable item is no longer showing in your account, it means the item is no longer available from Sunny Willow, or that the downlod link has been expired (which happens after 30 days). If you didn't download the product in estimated time frame, contact me and I'll resend you the download link.




DO YOU OFFER OUTRIGHT OWNERSHIP?


Yes I do! Just contact me so we can discuss about the price and everything that interests you. Note: Purchasing the outright ownership will case any further sales from the date of purchase. Any copies sold prior to the purchase will stand and cannot be refunded or withdrawn from circulation. The design will no longer appear in circulation past the date of purchase.
