This website is owned and operated by Iva Zlatkovic ("Sunny Willow"). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors digital graphic product and services for the same products.
By accessing or using the website of my service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Privacy Policy
It is Sunny Willow’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from Sunny Willow, contact me, or otherwise use my services through sunnywillowdesign.com.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including PayPal or any third party services you access through Sunny Willow.
Information I Collect
Like most website operators, Sunny Willow collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Sunny Willow’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Sunny Willow’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Sunny Willow may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Sunny Willow also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on sunnywillowdesign.com sites. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Data Retention
Sunny Willow retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
Sunny Willow may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access
You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete
You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object
You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain
If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Sunny Willow uses cookies to help it identify and track visitors, their usage of Sunny Willow website, and their website access preferences. Sunny Willow visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Sunny Willow’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of Sunny Willow’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Ads may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Sunny Willow and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
Return and refund policy
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at sunnywillowdesign.com, I do not offer refunds or exchanges as digital items cannot be returned. For any issue that you have with the order contact me at sunnywillowdesign@gmail.com
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Iva Zlatkovic. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
Right to change and modify Terms
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Sunny Willow reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
